Overview

By signing up for Spark CRM Basic Access at $25/month, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Limited CRM Access

This subscription provides CRM access only. Automations, Funnels, Texting, Emailing, AI Tools, or Phone Numbers are not included.This CRM account is strictly provided to allow you to purchase and use the Wavv Dialer through our platform.

2. Monthly Maintenance Fee

The $25 monthly fee is a maintenance fee to keep your CRM account active and available for Wavv Dialer usage. No credits, refunds, or partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Wavv Dialer Usage

Purchasing and using the Wavv Dialer is a separate service and billed separately from your CRM fee. You are responsible for any additional fees or charges related to Wavv Dialer usage.

4. Account Management

Your account remains active as long as your $25/month fee is current. Failure to pay will result in the deactivation of your CRM access without notice. Reactivation may require setting up a new account or additional setup fees.

5. Service Limitations

This plan does not include: Campaign automations, Sales funnels, SMS/MMS messaging, Email sending, Phone number setup, Advanced reporting or integrations.

6. Modification or Termination

Spark reserves the right to update these terms, adjust pricing, or discontinue the Basic Access plan with 30 days’ notice.

7. Acceptance

By submitting your payment and using the CRM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
